Every rental includes your totes, heavy-duty dollies, and room labels — all delivered clean and ready to pack. Just pick your package size and we'll handle the rest. No cardboard, no tape, no hassle.
We drop off clean totes directly to your door before your move, and come back to pick everything up once you're done. Delivery and pickup are both free within 15 miles of North Tonawanda.
We can still make it work! For locations outside our free zone, a mileage fee of $1.25 per mile applies, calculated to the furthest address. If only one end of your move (delivery or pickup) falls outside the zone, the fee is cut in half. Give us a call and we'll give you an exact quote — no surprises.
No problem at all — life happens. Your base rental includes the first week. If you need more time, a second week is an additional $30 (or $45 for 4–5 bedroom packages), and a third week adds $45 more ($65 for larger packages). Just give us a heads-up before your scheduled pickup and we'll sort it out.
Absolutely. If you realize you need more room, just give us a call. Additional totes are available at $4 each (minimum of 5). If you need a significant number of extras, we can also upgrade you to the next package size — whichever makes more sense for your move.
Yes, always. Every tote is thoroughly sanitized after each return before it goes out to the next customer. You'll always receive clean, fresh totes ready to pack.
We understand that moves can be hectic. Damaged or lost totes are charged at a flat $12 replacement fee per tote. Damaged or lost dollies are charged at $60 each. That's it — no hidden charges.
Yes — a refundable $60 damage deposit is collected at booking. It's returned to you in full via Zelle or Venmo once all totes and dollies are picked up and accounted for. As long as everything comes back in good shape, you'll have your deposit back promptly.
We currently accept payment via Zelle and Venmo. Payment details will be provided when we confirm your reservation — quick and easy.
